CAUTION: DO NOT USE WEIGHT ON SHAFT A FOR THIS EXERCISE. We will not be held responsible if you do not follow this safety precaution. Please read our Disclaimer before using these exercises. Dumbbell Flyes can be performed the same as using any type of
Dumbbell, but for safety reasons, we only advise using weight plates on
Shaft B (top shaft) and keep Shaft A on the
outside of your forearms as shown in the pictures below so that there is no way
that Shaft A can come in contact with your face.
Work the upper chest by using the weights as shown in the pictures above or work the lower chest by changing the weights so that they are facing the feet as shown in the pictures below.
