Flyes or Flys- Chest flyes are done to increase strength and endurance of your chest muscles. Pectorals, pecs, pec, bigger pecs, huge pecs, huge chest, largest chest, muscular development, bigger chest, bench press, benchpress, bench-press, dumbell press, dumbbell press

Dumbbell Flyes can be performed the same as using any type of Dumbbell, but for safety reasons, we only advise using weight plates on Shaft B (top shaft) and keep Shaft A on the outside of your forearms as shown in the pictures below so that there is no way that Shaft A can come in contact with your face.

In the first segment of pictures below, Ray has the weights on Shaft B and pointing towards his head while lying on the bench. Starting with his arms upright he slowly lowers the weight in a controlled motion until his arms are both extended as in the picture on the far right.

Work the upper chest by using the weights as shown in the pictures above or work the lower chest by changing the weights so that they are facing the feet as shown in the pictures below.
