The Heavy Handle™ allows you to easily hit both heads of your triceps to create that awesome "horseshoe" look so desired by bodybuilders and most males in general. The trick to the Heavy Handle is to be creative with the weights on the different shafts. In the pictures below, Ray has the weights on Shaft A which puts the weight on an axis straight out from his arm. He said he had never felt his inner triceps head targeted like he does when doing this exercise.
In this exercise, Ray put the weight on Shaft B for a different twist to the Tricep Kick-Backs. You could also flip the handle around so the plates would be facing his front instead of backside as shown in the pictures below.
With this exercise, you can use either Shaft A or B on the Heavy Handle, but Ray prefers the challenge of having the weighted resistance at an axis straight-out from his arm which puts more pressure on the top of the forearm where it joins your upper arm. If you're looking to put some solid mass on your forearms and biceps, you won't find a better exercise than this.
The One-Armed Overhead Triceps Extensions are to be done the same way as you would with any other dumbbell, but you can target different areas of your arms by changing the weight shafts and by changing the way you hold the Heavy Handle™. In the first set of pictures, Ray has Ironcompany's weight plates on Shaft B (top shaft) and uses strict controlled movements from start to finish.
The exercise is still Triceps Extensions, but Ray switched the weight to Shaft B to change things up(below).
